Evening Standard is an exhibition and a party that features seven artists that will presented new works specifically made for this event. The name for this event became the name that defines the series of exhibition parties in general. The artists are Oscar Carlson, Ingrid Furre, Jennifer Rainsford, Marco Bruzzone and Patrick Tuttofouco, Tamara Henderson and Robin Montelius. OSCAR CARLSON — "Buffering in Association"
Med denna temporära minneskö för associationer från varumärken och socialt nätverkande uppmuntras besökarna att med sina mobiltelefoner ta bilder av varandra mot logo wall som sedan tar med sig konstverket ut i det virala.
INGRID FURRE — "Birdwatcher"
I verket gjör Furre en skrivande performance vart hon dokumentara utstellningen och festen og dermed gjer publiken en möjlighet till å se sig sjelv i et sammanheng ovanifra.
JENNIFER RAINSFORD — "the true nature of wigs. lightning rigs and proper vanity. through enlightment and fear."
MARCO BRUZZONE AND PATRICK TUTTOFUOCO — "Untitled" (From the series "Every Time Just Like the Last")
At the end of the 60s a coordinated action of the italian government, police, mafia and radical right wing put a big effort to make sink the italian movements by eliminate all sort of different drugs from the market and introducing heroin sold at very low prices.
A small square in genoa and the exhibition/party in stockholm will be linked by an imaginary line produced by the orientation in the exhibition space of a hypodermic syringe that will be filled with a fluorescent liquid at a time when the exhibition will be turned into a party.
TAMARA HENDERSON — "Champagnehink"
Presenting a sculptural multiple where the object is rethought as intervention. As though the shift in time and etiquette from exhibition to party could dematerialize the obeject. Accompanying the object will be a screenplay/printed matter "Tower On, Old Fashion" (edition 20) where the potential of the situation is embedded.
ROBIN MONTELIUS — "Motellnovell"
Har releasefest för Zinet Motellnovell där snuskiga noveller blandas med blyertsteckningar. Zinet är producerat tillsammans med Kalle Norrhäll och Sebastian Lindmark och släpps på det nystartade förlaget/skivbolaget Madame Cryptica.
